Club Retreat: Terms and Conditions
Bookings must be made 2 weeks in advance.
Payment
We require a minimum of 25% per booking in order to reserve your place. This can be paid by credit card, cheque, Paypal or international bank transfer to our account in Spain.
Please put your name as a reference when making a payment so we can identify you. Click here to see prices.
In order to get the best rate of exchange for your currency we recommed you use
and save yourself from unwanted bank charges.
In order to secure your place please make a payment as soon as possible.
Refunds
If we have to cancel or change your trip you will be offered a full refund.
If you have to cancel your holiday no refunds will normally be given. However you can arrange for someone else to take your place at no extra cost.
Please ensure that you adequate travel insurance which will reimburse you in the event of cancellation or date changes.
Arrivals & Departure
Check-in and out times are 3:00 pm (Earlier check-ins are subject to availability)
Flights to Malaga Airport can be booked via www.Malaga-airport-guide.com or if travelling from the USA please visit www.delta.com.
We are only a 40 minute journey from Malaga Airport.
Medical Insurance
Holidays do not include travel or accident insurance.
