An old friend, who is the manager of a hotel, introduced my husband and I to Kevin.
We were looking to replace our personal trainer of many years who had retried.
Kevin really fitted the bill. He offered programmes tailor made to our needs. From boxing, cardio workouts, weight training, balance exercises, relaxation training and stretching. We have very much enjoyed working with him. He is a kind, caring and motivated person who will assist you in any possible way. We cannot recommend him highly enough and are anxious to return to Spain next year to work with him again.

I find Tai Chi to be an excellent way to relax and de-stress. The concentration on balance, breathing, speed, precision and control of movement work the muscles, whilst focusing the mind. The fact that the movements are grouped together also means that the workout can last as long as desired. 30 minutes in the evening or 2 minutes in the office. Altogether a more flexible and enjoyable way to keep in shape than anything I have tried before.
